To resolve this simply :
1. create a new sidebar from wp-admin -> wplms -> sidebar manager .
2. Now goto wp-admin-> appearance -> customize -> widgets then move all the widget from existing megamenu widget (Megamenu) to this new sidebar .
3. then goto wp-admon -> appearance -> menus and edit the main menu .Change the sidebar selected in your menu item :
