Follow these steps to create a pop up in page.
1)Go to popups and create a popup .

2.Set the popup settings such as width and height in the same post.
3.Go to all popups in popup and note the id of popup.

4.Now go the page where you want to show popup from wp-admin panel and edit the page..
5.Select the pop-up shortcode from vibe option panel and insert the id of popup.

6.Click on update button and then view the page.
